Download will not start

For some reason download will not start when I click BO2 download it just takes me to a page and tells me how to set up but download does not start anyone have any fixes.

Which download are you talking about? If you're following this guide (which you should), it's just a torrent. You open it in a torrent client of your choice and it should start downloading it instantly.
