DLCs if I own a steam version but don't own DLCs

I would like to know If own a BO2 in steam but haven't purchased any dlcs if I can add the dlcs to the steam version and then use the plutonium launcher in any way or I do have to reinstall the complete game using the installation guide torrent file. Something like the steam game and the plutonium dlcs.
