Cant play in any server

When i try to join any server in the plutonium menu it says "server disconnected - times out". I cant play online, but i can do play with friends. Help, pls (sorry for bad english)

lex luthor upnp is not relevant for dedicated servers, you just need that for hosting private matches.
Can you post your pc specs?
Also how long does it take for your pc to load the map? -

lex luthor 10 minutes? wow.. yea well the server terminates the connection because your client takes too long to load. Yea post them but i'm just gonna guess your pc is pretty old?
