AppCore.dll no work help

yeah so basically i launch plutonium.exe it gives the error
Error while downloading file bin/AppCore.dll: open C:\Users\tykapp\Appdata\Local\Plutonium\bin\Appcore.dll: Access is denied.
please help i need to hit feeds so i can feed my family

Try running plutonium.exe as an administrator.
If that doesn't work - add %localappdata%/plutonium as a folder exclusion in Windows defender. Maybe defender is blocking the download.
