How do I get a Custom MW3 Background

Was wondering if anyone knew how to change the Iw5 background. If so would really appreciate it if u can help me out.

You need to put your background into a .iwi and then replace these 3 with 3 copies of the new .iwi file.

Be aware any update will replace the background.

You need to put the background in an iwd. Placing the iwi in images will just result in the launcher deleting it.
