XP with bots black ops 3

Hi, before we start I am aware that they don't support black ops 3 because it already has mods and servers, but I am really frustrated because black ops 3 offline is lousy, and in plutonium you can raise the prestige and all that playing against bots and there are people like me who enjoy playing offline, my question is how did plutonium get into public games and add bots, I have really lost many hours trying to figure out how to do the same in black ops 3 but it is impossible for me, can anyone help me?
I really want to play against bots in bo3 and level up and unlock objects. -
@KaTru-G you can't without modifying game memory and doing that might get you vac banned.
