level up problem

Last night my level was 5
But today it is 4
how to level up my account in bo2 zombies?
plz help -
Tedbone well i mean if you were lvl 4 before that means leveling up works. The issue is it didn't save your stats last time you played. Maybe a permission issue, try running the launcher as admin.

Dss0 i run launcher as administrator .
but in zombies i can't level up .
in servers and solo and custom not working.
my level was 5 . came down to 4.
Are there any specific criteria for level up ?
