Unlocking weapon camos

Hey I know it might not be in the interest of what most of you people care about in Black Ops 2 nowadays, but I always enjoyed unlocking my weapon camos and eventually getting gold camo.
Idk if that's only for me but the game doesn't let me progress on the camo challenges.Is that a bug or really not available in Plutonium?

brostosjoined So does unlockall instantly give me all the camos or do I have to grind for them? Because I'd like to grind for them tbh.

I have tried to do the missions of the headshots but it has not unlocked the camouflage and if I try to upload a prestige weapon it will not let me unlock the accessories again.
How can I solve it?
