Hey guys im wondering how I can load up DLC Maps and Camos etc. everytime its the "Texture Missing" loading Screen and nothing happens i got the Game from Steam

There is no compressed files in that torrent so there is nothing to extract.
zIStorm Load the torrent in qbittorrent, set the download directory to your bo2 game folder and deselect "keep top level directory".
