PC restart every time i try to open plutonium

I just downloaded all to play MW3 MP and every time i double click on plutonium my pc restart, why this happens? and how can i fix it?

That shouldn't happen, its something else on your PC doing that. You followed our official guide to download the files right? Check if plutonium.exe's size is 4,123 KB and what antivirus do you use?

Does it restart by shutting down or does it blue screen instead? Is it a total power loss?
