Lag+teleports

hi there, first my ping is 30ms internet is good, but i see to much lags and teleports

Try in console: com_maxfps 85
That resolved my issue.

i use it com_maxfps 85 my fps is 200

Don't limit your FPS! use com_maxfps 0 instead.

RUNN3R where do i type that command into? Like do I just open the console and randomly type it? Kinda lost
