You get that on specific servers or on all of them? Try joining the server you have lowest ping on, doesn't matter if its empty, try joining it. If you can, it's definitely something related to your internet (high packet loss or such) and if you can't, make sure there aren't any 3rd party firewalls blocking Pluto. Also try joining servers through the main menu (before you get into Online and such).
