Custom camos and other stuff not working in images folder

I did all the right steps and it doesn't work at all in game

vTanzaniteYT Custom Camos work fine
T6- All file need to be .iwi
- The path is Black ops II\t6r\data\images
- Chose the camo that you changed
On IW5 is the same change only the image path
