DLC Transfer to Steam

Sorry if this is the wrong section, but I recently bought Black Ops II on steam and is wondering if I'm able to transfer some files specifically stating DLC. I already paid full price ($60) and map packs are full price also. Thank you, and again sorry if this is the wrong place, I'm new to the forum.

If you have the DLCs installed you can use them on Plutonium, just select your Steam BO2 folder in the launcher as game folder. The game will automatically detect all the mappacks you have installed.
