How do i use FOV Scale in iw5?

I've just downloaded it and I'm really happy with it! I saw that an FOV Scale was added today, but when using the command in game nothing happens?

Anyone know how to use it?

"There will be additional updates later this week to add new features into the client, such as support for cg_fovscale."

Edit: It appears to have already been added and unlocked.
