Cant play. Ping is too high

Whenever i enter a match it says the ping is too high and there are no other players. Sometimes i am removed when I am alone in the lobby

Get better internet? You probably have 300+ ping and most servers use a 3rd party administration tool called IW4MAdmin which kicks/tempbans people for having high pings. We cannot do anything about it, join the server you have lowest ping on ig. You could also try contacting the server owners and requesting them to whitelist you.
