Loading Mob of the Dead on Plutonium issue

(I don't know if I am writing in the right section)
I am trying to play Mob but for some issue, I cant. The little icon for it in the globe will pop up, and when I click on it. It is all white. When I start up the map, it closes down without any error message or anything. I also downloaded it from the torrent and replaced the files. https://imgur.com/a/QPZE6rI https://imgur.com/MvtOKQd
