Freeze when joining servers

Hello, for some odd reason, I freeze every time i join any server.

I thought it was just plutonium, however the issue also happens on steam Black Ops 2. So it is a issue on my end but I am not sure what is causing it.

Try disabling fullscreen optimizations

go to %localappdata%\Plutonium\bin, right click plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe hit properties > compatibility > and check "disable fullscreen optimizations"
