I need help, i've been playing bo2 as normal as all the time but when i play TranZit, it crashs and it takes me out the game, so i lost everything

there's the id problem and more, can you help me please?

Do you have any av software, msi afterburner, ccleaner, rivatuner or any overlay apps in your pc?
