    i installed c++ and relunch the plutonium.exe but it still doesn't work and gives me the same error
    failed to start launcher exit status - 3221225781

      Have you restarted your PC? If not, give that a try first since the c++ stuff might be waiting for a reboot.

        when i installed c++ i rebooted the pc and ran the plutonium.exe but still getting the same error

          I looked it up and this error code means dll is missing.
          My guess is that Windows defender has deleted some files.

          In the instructions thread there is a anonfiles.com link for EXCLUSIONS.BAT - you need to download this and run it as administrator, it will add plutonium's folder locations to your antivirus exclusions list. Then re run plutonium.exe
