I can't see the game menu

when i open the game from the plutonium launcher, it opens the console and the game menu, but it doesn't let me watch the main menu screen, and i'm only allowed to see the console. If someone knows how to solve this, please help me.

Try writing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart in the bootstrapper (external console).
