Image freezes, able to move - crash dump

Image freezes, but the player is able to move and shoot, etc. At some point, the client may or may not crash with the following crash dump. In the case where it does not crash, the image is frozen for the rest of the game and nothing else happens.

Additional note, the second time this happened, it was after an alt-tab back into the game. Could or could not be connected.
