You got disconnected from bo2 servers

Hey guys, i ve just installed plutonium, i ve followed everything precisely, everything works fine until i try to launch a party, either alone with the commands to write in consols to play with bots and also by choosing a server party in the servers, as soon as the loading starts, the game crash and it stops working it get blocked in the map loading screen and then nothing. Can you guys please give the solution ? Thanks.
