Bootstrapper (CMD Menu) Stuck

I’ve been going over this problem through the discord but so far no one has been able to help me, I’ve been stuck at Plutonium Bootstrapper every time I click play I reinstalled the redist files multiple times, reinstalled plutonium and the torrent file, and it still has been stuck I reread the FAQ multiple times and tried everything that I could think of, whitelisted it in windows defenders because that’s the only Anti Virus I have, and I just don’t know what else to do.

You probably have something in the background that is affecting to launch of the game. Like Ccleaner or overlay apps may cause crashed. IDK actually. Take a look at your programs you've installed that you think cause this issue. -
Got it working all I had to do was run it as administrator
