UI Error 71562

I launched Plutonium BO2 today and for my surprise the game crashes every time when I enter any server. The screen goes black and I can't do anything. A new window open saying this:

Fatal error
UI Error 71562

I can't acess ''online'' in multiplayer screen because it's not loading too

Someone had this issue anytime? I really need help because I can't play

go to %localappdata%\plutonium\storage\demonware\18397\user and delete the contents of the folder. Make sure you close your game first.

Pistakilla hey sorry for answering 1 month later. I did all the steps you indicated and the same error continued. The solution I found was to uninstall the game completely and download it again (I always used the torrent available on the plutonium website), and the error never occurred yet, so I had forgotten to answer this post XD. But anyway, thanks for the help, and I hope this post can help someone who might have this bug someday.

Ah yeah to clarify this ui error is related to broken game files. I have seen it before.
