Error when i try to join a game

PLEASE HELP I BEG YOU!
When im trying to join a game it loads then goes to the loading screen with bo4 logo then goes back to the Main Menu and shows an error saying "You have been disconnected from a Black Ops 2 server"

How much time does it take to load the map before you get that error? Do you meet the minimum requirements to run the game?

Yeah me to I cant join games just play solo but it runs fine when im playing solo
