So i got banned by a trash mod because his friend was a cheater and i sead he was a retard and i was banned for a day because she was his friend and keeps taking and giving back money from my friend

Server hosters can kick and ban players for any reason or no reason at all. All you can do is to fill up other servers so there are less players on his server.
