Is the BO2 download safe?

As someone new to this service, I would like to know if the BO2 download (piry.exe) is safe to download, as my Windows 10 computer treats it as being an unrecognized app. I don't want to put my computer destroyed because of this, because I'm afraid I might make my computer unusuable if I run it.

In order to get a certificate to be a recognized app you need to pay a large amount of money to a company to certify your program. We do not have the money to do this as it's a community project. I hope you understand. But if my word means anything then yes the download is safe.
