It doesnt let me join games when i try to play a game or join a friends private match it says You have been disconnected from the Call of Duty:Black Ops ll servers

You have a maximum of 90 seconds to load a map before the server disconnects you with that error. Anything greater than that, your PC is just too slow/doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run the game.
