    The cogwheel isn't clickable, it's just a .png so I have no way to change the install path.

            I found it. You need to go to the plutonium folder in your local app data folder, and delete the config.json.

                I found it. You need to go to the plutonium folder in your local app data folder, and delete the config.json.
