Unable to set game to native resolution

OS: Windows 10 Pro 20H2 64 bit
GPU: RTX 3090
CPU: i9-10900k
Monitor Resolution: 2560x1440165hz

I am unable to set the resolution of the game to my native resolution of 2560x1440. The max resolution I am able to set it to is 1920x1440. I have completely reinstalled the game and was unable to fix the issue.

I have also tried to use commands such as r_mode 2560x1440 and vid_restart to no avail, it just resets the resolution to 800x600. This also happens when setting the game to Fullscreen(Windowed).
