how can i get origins to work?

every time, once origins loads, the game starts with a white screen that never goes away. is there a way to fix it or maybe can you tell me where i can read the answer to this question? thank you !!!

Sounds like most likely broken game files, re-run piry.exe and keep an eye on the console output. Another issue could be your PC not meeting the minimum requirements to run the game.
