    everytime i launch bo2 i get this error

    how do i fix that?

    anti virus is turned off

    please help!!!!!

      • Where did you download the game from?
      • Do you have any mods installed (e.g. custom camos)?
      • Do you have any overclocks applied?
      • Do you have any DirectX overlays (msi afterburner, rivatuner, ..., if yes disable them)?
      • Upload the dump file to google drive and post the link here (check %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plutonium\crashdumps)

        i downloaded the game from your website
        no i dont have any mods downloaded
        no i havent got any overclocks
        all overlays have been disabled

        game use to work for me sometime last year but i deleted it and now ive reinstall it and it wont start, itll stay on a black screen for 30 seconds then itll close itself

                Vgap those are just text files, you should have a .dmp file that's about 500MB in size in that folder aswell, that's the one we need.

                      Vgap sorry your dump file is corrupted.. i have no idea.
                      Could you post a screenshot of all installed software on your pc?
