weird lag help

well I play black ops 2 multiplayer and zombies using plutonium. at 1st-3rd game its smooth 60-40fps but after I closed the game and started it again its lag as hell like 1-15 fps but 40fps when look at the sky. about the main game i have no problem running it.
Spec: 920m 2gb, i5-5200u, 8gb ram, laptop

Make sure it always runs on your dedicated GPU and that the temperatures are low, it kinda sounds like its thermal throttling.
