Stuck on "downloading game settings" MP AND ZM

Hi guys,
i've this issue whenever i try to play a game and try to enter a server, a window with "downloading game settings" pop out and i can't play, what can i do to fix it?

Is it on multiple servers or specific ones? Try joining the server you have lowest ping on (could be empty, but try to join it). Also try joining servers from the main menu (the first screen you're greeted with when you launch the game).
