[Release] "Too Bad, So Sad" BO Cold War reticle for the Reflex sight

Description: I really liked this reticle when I played the first CW free weekend, and since it's on free week right now I decided to export the file and port it to BO2
I barely know how to do these mods, so sorry if something isn't perfect. Unfortunately I couldn't export it to the exact color as the CW one, but maybe you can get a different color if you rename it to a different reticle that has your target color.

How to install:
Just drop the .iwi file on the pluto_t6_full_game\t6r\data\images folder
This reticle replaces the "Cross" reticle for the Reflex sight, under the DLC2 tab.
