Game doesn't launch on start up

Ok, so it's been about a week now since the update and I still cant seem to launch the game after the command line looking window closes plutonium. I've played since the start of this year and didn't encounter any problems except this one. Other users have posted about this and don't seem to get a reply, so I stopped trying to fix it. I do hope someone fixes this bug though.

I tried it, but didn't have much luck. I even disabled all my shields before launching. Still the same result unfortunately.
