Plutonium will crash every time I load it

When i open up the game i make sure every file is right and in the right place then it loads up plays the music for about 3 seconds and shows me this error.
i turned off my antivirus so its not that. -
Have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background?

Not sure then, paste the exception address from the .txt in %localappdata%/Plutonium/crashdumps and upload the dump.
