T6 - BO2 not enter in match in public servers

when I'm on the list of T6 servers, I can see Friends, and Public Servers, but I log into any server, it takes time to enter the Loading screen, and at the end it says "Awaiting Game State", "Loading Textures" , so far everything is fine, but after a few seconds it loads another screen as if I was off the server and returned to the main menu, and says "It was not possible to connect to Black Ops 2 Servers", I already reset the computer, my system is Windows 10 Pro, and I found no solution here on the plutonium Forum or on YouTube, so I decided to create this topic to find out if someone on the team knows how to help me solve this error of not entering any server, because I just want to play, but as maybe other people suffer from it, I ask for feedback, please. I can send the prints, even demo video, I just want to solve this and play T6 Plutonium Online and have fun just like everyone else in the Plutonium community.

How much time does it take to load a map? Can you get into Solo matches just fine?
