I know that is possible to play PLUTONIUM using the steam Black Ops 2 base game, but Is there a way to track “steam hours” on black ops 2 plutonium ?

For future reference - when your message doesn't get replied to, it most likely means no one has the solution for it/answer for it. I'm not by any means trying to come off as rude by saying this but only saying this due to seeing you trying to bump it. Back to your question - no. As far as I know, you can't track your total hours on Plutonium Black Ops 2 with some sort of data table of such.
