Which antivirus software do you use? Have you excluded the bootstrapper from scanning? (https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/8546/why-is-my-antivirus-saying-plutonium-is-a-virus-solution)
Do you have msi afterburner, rivatuner or any other software that has an overlay? If yes disable it.
