sound problem on multiplayer

hello everyone, I have a problem when I am in a multiplayer game I have no sound nor on my headphones if on my computer, when I am in the main menu I hear the sound but when the game is over launches after a few seconds the sound disappears.
when i'm in zombie i hear the sound from my headphones but in multiplayer no, would you have a solution please?
sorry if my english is bad i'm french and i don't speak english
