I get the popup for the incorrect file path but im opening in pluto_t6_full_game

I deleted and reinstalled everything twice and am not sure what to do from here. I've also installed everything in different file locations on my computer. I just step up plutonium on my friends pc for him earlier and used the same steps folder names and locations and it worked fine. Am unsure what my problem could be.
