There is a reason we say not to use any game files besides steam and our torrent. Delete your game files and try again.

Then you probably have other skidrow repacks on your PC for other games you pirated. Delete them, check the localappdata folder and delete any corresponding folders related to Skidrow/other games you pirated then try launching Pluto again. If none of this works, gg you fucked over your system dlls and need to reinstall windows.

If you used our torrent and still received this error then your windows install is infected. Only option is to reinstall windows.
In future don't install shitty skidrow repacks.
