I tried to download the game I installed the file that I had to donwload with the qBittorent and it did not give me any problems but when I installed the launcher I got a notification from my anti virus and I scaned my computer and it automatically deleted the "threat" and now when I try to finish the download of the updater it says it crashed and it gives me this code Crash ID: eefc1b3a3d994ac2b3859b116124b0dc

Thats a crash ID not an error code, add an exception to your AV and try again, if you still get an error message post a screenshot of it.
