Plutonium wont boot up Bo2 (Multiplayer or Zombies)

So When I boot up Plutonium, it boots up fine. When I attempt to launch BO2(ZM or Multi), it doesn't "boot up". I Play on fullscreen so It goes fullscreen, and then the game sends me back to the home screen. But I can still see the Plutonium Icon and the CMD.
I am wondering if there is a way where I could edit the graphics settings without launching the game. If so, how?Thanks in advance!

The CMD runs perfectly. I'll see if I can record it and show you/anyone what I mean.

Update: When I was recording it, the game resized itself to 1080p( since I normally play on 720p), and the game ran. So I am assuming that the issue with fullscreen 720p (I'm not sure tho).

Try writing
r_fullscreen 0andvid_restartinto the bootstrapper, it's the external console window and these commands will change the game to windowed. You can change it back to whatever resolution you want from the settings.
