BO2 cmd menu crash

So basically i downloaded plutonium bo2 and i loaded into a match. Whenever im 2 minutes into the game it will crash and say this:
I don't know if it is my AV or what also i have the free version of bo2 and i have all required specs for the game. -
Crashes without any error message or crashdumps? Which antivirus do you use?

No crashdumps I do not get an error message just the cmd menu and my AV is webroot.

There is not a single error message in your screenshot, also webroot is know to cause that, uninstall it and try again.

Thank you very much the problem was my AV i stopped the protection uninstalled the game reinstalled it and now i can play.
