Game loads, playable for 5 seconds, then crashes.

At first I was able to play the game and change my settings. After playing 3 or 4 games my game just decides to crash. I can load back up again, and after i load into the menu, I can move my mouse around for 5 seconds and then my game just crashes.

Could you provide a screenshot of your game folder and any crash dumps if any occured.
