Server is on, but does not show in list.

Im trying to setup more servers but I cannot see my secondary server on my list. I have other servers that run the T4 software for servers well and they do show up, however this one just says heartbeat successful, and when I type status it shows the map and what would be connected players, if they could connect. Yes it's port forward, no im not running it on the same computer as the game. This really confuses me as I have servers up for many games and this one just wont show up, I cannot even connect using the connect in the DVAR. Any help would be nice.
