Black screen crash

When I launch it, the command window opens up and the actual game is just a black screen when I try to go into it. I have tried using my steam copy and the torrent but they both don't work. When I first launched it I alt tabbed so maybe that might be the reason why, but how do I fix it?

Try writing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper.

@HannesC Nevermind I used this https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/9751/windowed-fullscreen-fixes-alt-tab-stupid-crashes Now I can open multiplayer but I can't open zombies
